Chapter & Verse Will ‘Set You Free’ with Latest Release

Equipped with an army of tech house heaters, UK newcomer Chapter & Verse is ready to take the dance music world by storm. Also known as Barry Pearson, the producer and DJ first emerged on the scene with his 2020 release “Dreams.” Since then, the Brit has amassed an impressive discography of invigorating house tracks in the span of just two years, with releases on labels ranging from Thrive and Spinnin’ Records to Lee Foss’s Repopulate Mars and Noizu’s Techne. 

Not one to lose momentum, the producer’s most recent release is called “Set You Free,” a soulful, piano-driven tech house tune guaranteed to leave behind a trail of fire on every surface it touches. Check it out below:

“Set You Free” samples Thelma Houston’s soul-stirring vocals from her 70’s hit “Don’t Leave Me This Way.” Chapter & Verse pairs Houston’s vivacious voice with groovy piano chords and a blistering beat to create an incandescent atmosphere and palpable energy that will unquestionably set the dancefloor ablaze.
