Deadbeats Releases Latest Compilation, ‘We Are Deadbeats’ Vol. 5

Zeds Dead’s label compilation series, We Are Deadbeats, just released Vol. 5, featuring brand new music from artists like Zingara, Tape B, Smoakland, sfam, and more. Made up of 18 tracks, the compilation highlights some of the up and comers, as well as a few label favorites, covering all things bass.

The Deadbeats’ compilation series began in 2017, highlighting eventual stars like Mersiv and Subtronics while consistently offering a showcase for the state of bass music at large. Forever championing the sounds and times of the electronic scene, Deadbeats is using Vol. 5 to promote some of 2022’s hottest up-and-coming acts, showcasing a wide range of talent from “next year’s future headliners.”

The last edition of We Are Deadbeats in 2020, came as a pleasant surprise to fans as an entire collaboration album with Zeds Dead themselves. Volume 4’s collabs with heavyweights like Subtronics, Ganja White Night, Jauz, Champagne Drip, Slushii and more continue to appear in Zeds Dead sets today.
