GRiZ Takes Us To New Heights on ‘Skydive’

GRiZ has had a very productive year! From releasing multiple singles and collaborations to touring all across the country and even throwing his own festival, this bass-funk mastermind has let no one get in his way! Just a month after releasing the 4th installment of the Chasing The Golden Hour collection, GRiZ is already back to remind us that his sound is not always rainbows and sunshine.

GRiZ’s latest dubstep heater “Skydive” features Chicago rapper and visual artist ProbCause and New Orleans powerhouse singer, Chrishira Perrier. This talented trio has frequently collaborated together on other GRiZ tracks like “Keep Bouncin’” from CTGH4, “Airplane Mode”, “Rainbow Brain” and more. There is no doubt that GRiZ is a musical mastermind. Combining his signature sound of wobbly space bass along with some stylized OG dubstep “Skydive” is filled with chaotic layers of wobbling distortion. GRiZ’s energetic and wonky sound design leaves listeners soaring through each new level of bass not knowing what is coming up next.

Of the release, GRiZ stated –
