YetepExcision, Illenium, and Wooli collaborate on what seems to be the collaboration of the year. “Zombie” emerges when two electronic music titans and one future star join forces. They do an incredible job of merging their sounds, and this song promises to become a staple.
“Zombie” kicks off with the enchanting vocals of Valerie Broussard, and her voice carries the tune to new heights, elevated by masterful production. The first drop features a beautiful melody. As the second drop approaches, you can feel the heaviness building, and it delivers a monstrous dubstep drop that’s sure to get any crowd moving.
All three artists have had a remarkable year. Excision has continued to elevate his brand, curating massive festivals in the summer circuit and appearing at many iconic summer festivals. He’s about to embark on a tour yet still finds time to release collaborations that energize the crowd. On the other hand, Illenium has focused on his signature Trilogy events, with his second one this year breaking records and already planning a double-header for early next year. Having released a new album this year, Illenium embarked on a worldwide tour that provided an incredible experience. Wooli has been on fire this year, rapidly gaining momentum and making a name for himself with his creative fusion of melodic bass and dubstep, as well as high-profile collaborations like his unreleased collaboration with Ganja White Night that is bound to amaze.
Fortunately, we have the opportunity to catch Illenium and experience this song live at Decadence Arizona this NYE. Get your tickets here!
