Levity Set to Make PHXLIGHTS: Supernova Intergalactic

The accomplished trio is scheduled to make an appearance on Day Two (March 30th) of this year’s PHXLIGHTS: Supernova. Be sure to stop on buy to catch a vibe!

Chicago-based Electronic music trio Levity have been making waves in the EDM community in their short time on the scene. They are known for a versatile and adaptive sound, great for any occasion. Levity is composed of members John Hauldren, PJ Carberry, and Josh Tarum, who each add their own unique elements to the group’s dynamic with a combination of genre influences. Levity has also flipped several popular hits including “Come a Little Closer” by Cage The Elephant, and Paper Planes by M.I.A. which can be both be found on SoundCloud. The former puts a glistening, intergalactic twist on the original and features thick synth lines, wonky bass, and fast-paced drum effects. Their cover of the latter ups the tempo a bit and contains wavy drops, “plamp” bass, and danceable verses. What more can you ask for?Levity has also remixed songs by popular EDM artists such as San Holo and Louis the Child.

“Moment” is an absolute house music BOP and really shows off their Chicago influences. Dazzling synth lines, subtle, tight drums, and waves of bass make up this incredible track.

“Stop what you’re doing. Get in the moment. Show me some movement. Yeah you can do it.” The lyrics serve as an important reminder to always live in the present and enjoy as many living moments as possible, especially while on the dance floor!

Levity has accomplished so much since they first came around in 2019, and they will surely only grow more popular and more talented at time goes on. Tickets for PHXLIGHTS: Supernova are available HERE. Get yours before they are gone.
