YetepMK seems to have cracked the code in producing music and is somehow able to innovate and break boundaries with every release. He had multiple major hits in 2023, including “Rhyme Dust” with Dom Dolla, and it’s only a matter of time before his next platinum certified song is released. Not only is he a hit-making producer, he also has insane live DJ sets. He played a ton of unreleased tracks during his set at Sunbar a few months ago, and he’ll be in Scottsdale at Maya Dayclub on July 21st. Be sure to get tickets if you’re nearby!
As of today, MK’s newest single “She’s in The Club (feat. Asal)” stands out as a fresh take on tech house, a much-needed track as summer parties begin. There seems to be two sides to MK: either upbeat dance pop that you’d expect to hear at Coachella, or a dark tech house that you’d hear in a warehouse party. This track is a deep cut that falls into the latter, a perfect track for a warehouse party like Phoenix Warehouse Project. That’s not to say this track isn’t fit for a large audience, MK and Asal actually performed it live at EDC recently. Although this isn’t a pop anthem like “Asking” or “17,” it’s an incredibly catchy track that I’ll be coming back to time and time again.
Get tickets to MK at Maya Dayclub on July 21st, 2024 here!
