Hailing from New Zealand, the deep dub duo known as TRUTH have found their sound which has resonated with fans across the globe. Deep Dark and Dangerous, the record label started by Dre and Tristan, has become one of the most recognizable record labels for deep dubstep and dark wubs. From the iconic squid logo to their outstanding merch, the Deep Dark and Dangerous fans have created a welcoming and immersive family for those who love mysterious bass music. TRUTH started out by making very deep almost lofi dubstep music. Inspired by drum and bass and OG UK dubstep, they have added their own NZ twist which has led to a completely unique sound. 

Rivaling some of the best record labels in experimental bass and deep dub such as Wakaan and Deadbeats, Deep Dark and Dangerous, and specifically founders TRUTH, have created some of the best tunes of the decade. Mixing dark and mysterious melodies with wavy bass is their specialty. TRUTH has been one of the most impressive artist to continue to grow their record label and release more fantastic tunes. Not limited to their own label, TRUTH has continued to push the limit of their sound by releasing on many other deep dub record labels such as Deep Medi Musik and Artikal.
