Chris Lorenzo’s ‘Appetite’ Has Been Unleashed

Chris Lorenzo is one of those rare artists that consistently releases quality music. He’s got it dialed in. He knows what he’s good at and he sticks to it, but somehow every track innovates on the last and continues to push the tech house genre forward. His latest track, “Appetite,” was unveiled at CRSSD music festival and later played by Walker & Royce at Club Space. Then, Chris Lorenzo launched it into everyone’s minds during his set at Coachella‘s Sahara Stage.

After a few weeks of being played by everyone under the sun including Odd Mob, AFROJACK, Mau P, Oliver Heldens, Dom Dolla, and more, Chris Lorenzo finally released the track with the infamous label, Catch & Release.

The day after release, Fisher played it in front of nearly 100,000 people at EDC. Not only that, it was the very first song of his set.

The track has been out for 11 days now with nearly 350K streams on Spotify, supported by playlists such as Housewerk, Dance Rising, Tech House Operator, Nasty Bits, and more. On Apple Music, the track has received placements on New in Dance, House Grooves, and Future Dance Hits. On Amazon Music, the track has been placed on a whopping 18 editorial playlists. Independent playlist support includes big names such as Ministry of Sound‘s Dance Music Friday, Diplo‘s Diplo and Friends Radio, Armada Music‘s We Love House, and more. It’s still early on, but it’s safe to say this track is another hit added to Chris Lorenzo’s already impressive catalog.
