YetepNinajirachi ventures into the depths of an electronic world and brings along her debut album I Love My Computer released with NLV Records. An album that explores a nostalgic yet contemporary blend of complex electronic beats. Taking in all her inspiration from growing up with her trusted computer, Ninajirachi explores a plethora of electronic subgenres and has created an ethereal album. From electro house, techno, trap, pop, and more, I Love My Computer feels inspired by sounds from the early 2000s edm while Ninajirachi spins in her own refreshing style that creates an energizing emotionally charged album.
Ninajirachi pays homage to her days growing up with her computer with I Love My Computer. From an early age she was entranced by “computer music” which pushed her to learn about the growing technological world and the historic electronic music that pairs with it. Ninajirachi blends all her musical exploration into experimental tracks that are both high energy and connect deep within the soul. In I Love My Computer, each track brings its own unique flare that is reminiscent of the early days of electronic music. I Love My Computer has tracks like “London Song” that explore an electro house influence, while tracks like “CSIRAC” bring a techno feel into the mix, and other tracks like “Battery Death” that throws in some trap beats. I Love My Computer brings so much depth and is a perfect embodiment of Ninanjirachi’s style.
In light of the album’s release Ninajirachi said this on her instagram:
“My whole world cracked open when I heard computer music for the first time…i’ve spent hundreds of late nights and thousands of hours soaking up everything i can about it, not realising how much the discovery and curiosity would end up shaping my life.”
Ninajirachi’s dedication to growing as an artist can be felt through her music, with intricate layers of electronic sounds that transcend musical boundaries. As her first album release, I Love My Computer is the perfect embodiment of growth, change, and of course electronic music. The album takes listeners through a rollercoaster ride through the deep history of electronic music.
I Love My Computer is a powerful album of complex beat building and an emotive track list. Ninajirachi sheds light on the expanding world of “computer music” and she continues to build a historic list of electronic tracks. Ninajirachi will be making her way to this year’s Goldrush: The Return To The West, Saturday September 13th at Rawhide, you can get more info and buy tickets here.
