YetepFunky, refreshing, and fun. That’s it. That’s my general consensus on the four singles that producer Big Wild has released leading up to his debut album, Superdream. Jackson Stell, the man behind the Big Wild project, seems to be pushing all of the right boundaries with his upcoming release. Three earlier singles from the album were dropped in late 2018, including “Heaven,” “Joypunks,” and “Maker,” and all have amassed over 400,000 streams on Spotify. Stell comes in just as strong in 2019, packaging the three previous releases together with his newest, called “City of Sound” to give us a nice preview of things to come for the young producer. His increased vocal ability and involvement is what is going to set his newest project apart from his previous work, as his voice shines using pop-like melodies on top of his groovy, indie-electronica sound. The Massachusetts born artist is truly coming into his own, diversifying his style with each new tune. You can check out the single pack below.
Stell’s new music is something that will reach out to those beyond the EDM community. Someone who will push the boundary and create a blurred line of what genre they are categorized in is incredibly unique. His versatility as an artist and performer has launched his career into full force, and it will only get better from here, which is kind of crazy. Check out his music on all major platforms and be on the lookout for his debut album, Superdream slated for release on February 1st.
