YetepOver the years, Patrick Megeath, aka Dirt Monkey, is a staple in the bass scene. He’s garnered support from the likes of Skream, Benga, Rusko, Excision, Zeds Dead, Griz, Virtual Riot, Flux Pavilion, Downlink, Ganja White Night, and Protohype, just to name a few. He’s played numerous high-profile events like EDC Las Vegas, Global Dance Festival, Nocturnal Wonderland, and Lost Lands, as well as several of his own headlining tours. Known for combining the wonky sounds of old school dubstep with the crisp sounds of Intelligent Dance Music, Dirt Monkey has a style that is hard to categorize.
His latest release, “Colossal,” is a wonky collaboration with fellow bass producer PEEKABOO. Hit play below and see what you think.
You can catch Dirt Monkey in Action at Aura nightclub on November 16th. Click here to purchase tickets.
