GRiZ & Gryffin Join Forces on Cross-Genre Collaboration, ‘Deep Clear Water’

As summer slowly transitions into fall, and the season begins to change, something new is surfacing from the abyss to welcome the new chapter. Arguably one of the biggest electronic crossovers of the year, fan-favorites GRiZ and Gryffin have combined their wildly different sounds into a collaboration that is beautifully innovative, wonderfully refreshing, and down-right good for the soul.

The new track, titled “Deep Clear Water,” first debuted during Gryffin’s Lollapalooza set and quickly became one of the most talked-about songs of the weekend. The track fuses GRiZ’s genre-defying bass energy with Gryffin’s soaring, emotive style, combining the two producer’s artistry into a truly beautiful masterpiece. Out now on all platforms, check it out below!

The new collaboration follows GRiZ’s May single “Chaos Theory” with Wooli, the surprise Gemini EP, and leads into his sold-out Seven Stars Festival and arena shows this October. For Gryffin, the release adds to a run of major collabs this year with Kaskade, Excision, Julia Michaels, and more.

If you haven’t heard the news, GRiZ will be heading to Decadence Arizona 2025 | The Portal of I11usions this December for a very special NYE countdown set, joining powerhouse artists like Fisher, Kaskade, Subtronics, and Zedd. Don’t miss this one-of-a-kind experience, where you can dance into the new year in style. View the first phase of the lineup, view more info, and purchase tickets here while they last!
