A Look Inside the Decadence 2016 VIP Experience

Ever wanted to live the luxurious life? Decadence is all about being a little decadent, right?

End 2016 the right way by treating yourself to an all inclusive VIP experience. Here’s a quick overview of what you to expect from the Decadence NYE 2016 VIP Experience.

Say goodbye to waiting in long lines to get into the festival, VIP tickets include a separate VIP entrance. You’ll also have exclusive access to the VIP deck with assorted seating and a PREMIUM view of the main stage.

Ring in 2017 with complimentary drinks (1 per day) and a NYE champagne toast, on us.

Throughout the night our hardworking staff will be passing hors d’oeuvres to you, and all of your guests.

Be sure to come hungry, as a dinner buffet will be served both nights. Your decadent dinner is included with your VIP experience, and you’ll absolutely be treated like royalty with this menu:

Day One Menu:

Day one starts off with a Beef Carpaccio Crostini as well as Baby Arugula & Pancetta Salad, followed by a Dry Aged NY Strip Loin Medallions w/ Wild Mushroom Demi-Glace, and Alaskan King Salmon Filet Stuffed w/ Dungeness Crab, Mascarpone & Baby Spinach.

For a vegetarian friendly option, we’ll be offering Baby Zucchini & Caramelized Vidalia-Onion Tortellini with Sundried Tomato Crème.

Sides include Roasted Fingerling Potatoes and Bacon-wrapped Asparagus with Roasted Peppers.

Finish off night one with Tuxedo Dark Chocolate Dipped Strawberries and Miniature Red Velvet Cake Bites.

Day Two Menu:

Day two has an equally impressive buffet arrangement featuring a Rustic Italian House Salad as well as Oysters Rockefeller to start.

Entrees include a Mint Crusted Rack of Lamb with a Pickled Shallot Relish, Filet of Beef w/ Cabernet Red Wine Pan Sauce, and Roasted Chilean Sea Bass w/ Napa Cabbage & Jicama Slaw.

To accompany your meal, choose from a Rosemary Buttered Roasted Haricoverts (Italian Green Beans), Garlic & White Truffle Infused Mashed Potatoes and Cilantro & Lime Wild Rice.

Ring in the new year with something sweet: Espresso Infused Crème Brulee Shots and Dark Chocolate & Candied Pecan Trifle.
