YetepLandis LaPace, a 18 year old wunderkind, entered into the realm of production three years ago. His early roots in music stretch back to his childhood when he started drumming on a toy kit in his garage at the age of 3. A toy kit progressed to a full-blown Tama drum kit, with which he became an avid drummer, and Landis’ natural musical talent blossomed. At the age of 13 he was listening to a variety of music from Dubstep to Trance, but “One” by Swedish House Mafia exposed his love of Progressive/Electro House as well as House/Tech House. From there he started making music on a friend’s computer in order to continue his musical journey. He continued making tracks of various genre’s while developing and incorporating his own style and thumbprint on his music, and still looks for anything with funk and soul for inspiration. With releases on This Ain’t Bristol, Main Course, and Perfect Driver under his belt, the future is looking very bright for this up and coming musician.
