Tiesto Releases Brand New AFTR:HRS Compilation Album

Tiesto, aka “The Godfather of EDM”, has recently released his first AFTR:HRS compilation album on his Musical Freedom label. All the tracks are mixed by the man himself, including 14 hand-picked tracks spanning a total of 58 minutes. Tiesto, who was known for playing trance in his earlier days, has dedicated himself to house on virtually all levels. His popular Club Life podcast has continued to boost his popularity to the top of the EDM charts. Many people scoff at the fact that he has sacrificed authenticity for popularity, but there is a reason that has remained number 5 on the DJ Mag Top 100 list. His ambition is only a part of plays into his massive success as a house DJ.

His recent release of this AFTR:HRS album, however, is an indication of how he still has a knack for those underground sounds. The mix includes artists such as Sultan + Shephard, Ferreck Dawn, and CamelPhat. You can check out the full mix below (courtesy of Spinnin’ Records).
