RB Deep in the Mix: Feed Me & No Mana b2b BlackGummy in The Lab

What better way to start the new year than an epic b2b mix? This week’s RB Deep in the Mix comes from the Mixmag Los Angeles Lab, where Feed Me, No Mana, and Blackgummy played as a collective. Iman Marouf created the BlackGummy identity in 2013 following a trip to the Middle East and Asia. Trained by Steve Duda and fascinated by sound design after graduating from music production school Icon Collective, BlackGummy released his first EP Lullaby on Mau5trap in 2015 and has called the label home ever since. He’ll be heading to The Valley soon, but for now, check out the mix below!

MAU5TRAP w/ FEED ME and BLACKGUMMY B2B NO MANA in The Lab LA

For this rendition, Mau5trap took over The Lab LA with Feed Me and BlackGummy b2b No Mana. For almost two hours the three DJs effortlessly (or so it seems) blend beat after beat, exploring the tech and house spectrums. They each spin their individual tracks, but we also hear tunes from ATTLAS, Pryda, Skober and more.
You can catch Blackgummy on his Mesophase tour on February 24th at Monarch’s Scarlet Room. Grab tickets here.
