Relentless Beats

Ride Into the ‘Sonic Nebula’ with Gerry Gonza

Just two short weeks before he takes the stage at the new (and highly anticipated) Track Club, Phoenix’s own Gerardo Arellano, aka Gerry Gonza, drops a huge tech-house burner fueled with elements of progressive psytrance. “Sonic Nebula” is a double release that takes listeners out of this world in a loop full of choppy snares and retro synths, fusing a variety of genres into something amazingly new. “Sonic” takes on the more trance heavy elements as the first drop is enough to make your jaw drop and send you into a frenzy of infused beats. “Nebula” proves to be a whole new twist on tech-house, with BPMs so high even the most static ravers will start grooving. Gonza’s sound and style are always fresh as each track takes us on a journey through well-known cosmos we hadn’t looked closely at before. Out now on GOATS records, listen to “Sonic Nebula” below.

Ever since the release of “Bad Bitches” on Tchami’s Confessions label, Arellano has made waves in the scene. Amassing support from Claude VonStroke, Shiba San, Wax Motif and more, this producer knows how to create a recognizable sound while still pushing versatility. And with this latest release, we are even more excited to welcome him to the Track Club on October 4th. Be sure to RSVP here to experience the First Friday preview of the club and see Gerry Gonza alongside Medicine Mike, Avitas, Elwer, and more. It’s going to be unlike any other!
