YetepYesterday, R3HAB dropped a preview for his upcoming remix of Afrojack and Shermanology’s “Can’t Stop Me Now” on Soundcloud. In the past couple months, the Dutch DJ/producer has released remixes of Cosmo’s “Naughty Party,” Eva Simons’ “I Don’t Like You,” David Guetta’s “I Can Only Imagine,” and will.i.am’s “Go Hard.” Definitely a strong line of releases for any producer.
The preview for “Can’t Stop Me Now” starts out in what appears to be the breakdown. A synth with an almost baroque rhythm leads the preview throughout the initial chorus with a somber piano line. Around 0:45 R3HAB and Dyro introduce some familiar electro sounds in a buildup to a raging melody around 1:15 that only teases for about 30 seconds before disappearing with the rest of the preview.
Overall, this is definitely a rager to look out for this summer. Learn more about R3HAB here and check out pictures from R3HAB @ Reading Day Riot.
