Where is the event?
Arizona Events Center
1300 S Country Club Dr #105

Located just north of the Country Club exit on the US-60

Do I need an ID to enter?
Yes a government issued ID is required. The following are examples of what will be accepted:
Arizona Driver’s License
Arizona Identification Card
Passport
US Driver’s License

What if I can’t find my ticket?

Do I need to print my ticket?
All tickets must be printed clearly in order to be scanned upon entry. Our scanners are unable to read barcodes on phones.

What if my ticket doesn’t have my name on it?
Ticket name does not need to match ID as long as ticket is printed and scannable. You will only need to present an ID for your ticket if it is not printed and you need to pick it up at will call.

Will tickets be available at the door?
Yes. General Admission tickets will be available at the door starting at $65. VIP tickets will start at $105. Ticket prices are inclusive of a $3 Facility Fee and $3 box office fee. VIP Upgrades will be available for $40.

What time are doors / when should I get there:
Doors will open at 7PM. The show starts at 8PM. Early arrival is highly recommended.

What if I bought a bus ticket?
ASU busses are leaving from Lot 20 on the southeast corner of Mill and University. The bus will make two trips. The first trip is scheduled for 7:30PM and the second trip is scheduled for 8:00PM. The bus is scheduled to make its first return trip at 3:00AM and the second return trip at 3:30AM.

The Tucson bus leaves from 6th & Euclid across from Coronado dorm at UofA by Tucson high at 6:30PM. The bus will return at 3:00AM.

Please print your bus pass to have when boarding. Please confirm that you are following all parking regulations in the area. Relentless Beats maintains no responsibility for towed or ticketed vehicles.

What can I bring?
Here’s what you CANNOT bring into the venue:
a. Laser pens / pointers
b. Professional cameras (SLR or detachable lenses)
c. Video or audio recording equipment including Go Pros
d. Jewelry with spikes or studs
e. Knives, firearms, or weapons of any kind
f. Outside food, beverage, and alcohol
g. Narcotics
h. Drug paraphernalia
i. Open cigarettes, lipstick, or chapstick.

Where do I park?
There is a huge parking lot right in front of the venue.

Is there food?
Yes, there will be snack food available for purchase at the venue (pretzels, churros, popcorn, etc).

Will there be merchandise for purchase?
Yes, many of the artists will have t-shirts, posters, etc to purchase.

Is there an ATM?
Yes. Cash and card are also accepted at the bar and box office.

Can I start a tab at the bar?
Yes, you can start a tab at the bar, but bartender will ask for both your credit/debit card AND your ID.

Anything else I need know?
All ticket sales are final. Please note that management reserves the right, without the refund of any portion of the ticket purchase price, to refuse admission to or eject any person whose conduct is deemed by management to be disorderly, who uses vulgar or abusive language, or who fails to comply with these or other management rules. Patrons who are clearly intoxicated or under the influence of drugs will not be admitted.
