Calvin Harris is the Man of the Year

Calvin Harris is now officially the Man of the Year, as named by the UK Glamour Awards. The popular EDM star was among some of the finest A-listers and when he went to accept his award, being the only male honored, he said, “As the only man winning an award, I feel like I should make this speech the shittiest.”

Even though to us it may be obvious that Calvin Harris would win Man of the Year, with his chiseled chest, amazing songs and lyrics, and the fact that the talented DJ & producer is dating America’s sweetheart Taylor Swift; and yet the star was humbled and surprised by the win. He had posted to Instagram afterwards:

“Me at Glamour awards tonight standing next to someone more interesting on my right & I won Man of the Year which is unexpected” – Calvin Harris

The Man of the Year’s next new single “How Deep is Your Love” by him and Disciples can be preordered from iTunes here and is expected to be released on August 7^th of this year.

In July, he’ll officially grace the cover of Glamour magazine with his ‘Man of the Year’ title.
