The Hood Internet releases a B.I.G. Mashup

The Hood Internet has just released a mashup that will ‘pop’ your mind. The mashup “Some Poppas” between The Notorious B.I.G.’s “Big Poppa” and Flume’s latest track “Some Minds” is a masterful mix of old school rap and cutting edge future bass.

The Hood Internet started as duo making mashups of songs from different ends of the spectrum and soon caught a lot of attention and was even featured in the New York Magazine. In 2012 the duo went on to make their debut studio album, Feat. They have since released many more songs and mixes and “Some Poppas” is just another attest to their ability to mix two totally different songs into a masterpiece.
