Insomniac Brings Electric Daisy Carnival to Japan

When Pasquale told headliners that he’d be taking EDC to new international destinations this year, he absolutely was not kidding. Having announced earlier this summer that the Electric Daisy Carnival would be bringing the party to its funkified freaks in Brazil, Pasquale Rotella and the rest of the Insomniac crew won’t just be stopping there. Not only will Electric Daisy Carnival be making its debut in the South American continent in 2016, Insomniac will also be holding the first ever Electric Daisy Carnival in Japan. As a hub for electronic innovation, Japan should do great as a spot for Insomniac to expand their EDC brand, as well as a place to try out new concepts. Along with that, Insomniac will be bringing the PLUR culture overseas to bring the community together. While there aren’t details yet about specific dates or venues, it can be certain that Insomniac won’t hold back as their biggest touring festival debuts in the East.
