YetepRecently Twitter has been dedicated mostly to Coachella anticipation, but surprisingly there were a few needles in the Coachella haystack this week…

Dillon has been tweeting and snapping a bunch of hilarious spoof videos from the set of the “Need You” music video shooting this week. By the looks of it, it takes place in a small backyard with a bunch of guys in Hawaiian shirts. He hasn’t leaked too much, but just enough to make us insanely curious as to what the heck is happening in this video. Dillon says it’s going to be amazing…we’ll have to wait and see.

Whoa. Jauz went on a little rant this weekend. He took to Twitter to make it clear that EDM is certainly not dead and that each artist paves his or her own way. It seems like he’s sub-tweeting someone (“Obvi ur career path didn’t go the way u hoped…”) but who? I give the fin-tastic DJ kudos for not bashing other artists directly. He clearly was ticked about something, but actually used Twitter to encourage other DJs to stop caring about winning and just focus on the music. Tell it like it is, Jauz!

Ah, yes. It’s that time of year. Although not announced on the official lineup with fellow producers Chainsmokers, Zedd, Calvin Harris, Major Lazer, SZA, Thomas Jack and Sam Feldt (to name a few), Miami native Lookas hopped off the Ultra train and is jumping right back on for Coachella. Playing the Coachella Heineken House, if Lookas’ set is anything like his Ultra set, you won’t be disappointed. Remember to keep an eye out this weekend or next.

Hahaha. Where is this billboard?! Well, it turns out that mystery man Marshmello did release his Ultra set which can be found here. Between the exponential success of Marshmello and whoever his alter ego is (Martin Garrix? DotCom?), it’s a safe bet to say that his daughter probably won’t have any trouble with success herself.

I smell a Weezer remix in the future! A Diplo x Weezer track HAS to be gold. With Diplo’s beats and Weezer’s vocals, I don’t see where this can go wrong. Hopefully I didn’t just jinx it… keep on the look out for more hints about this project for Diplo!
