YetepAlright guys this is the weekend that we have all been waiting for! Trapfest! I am pretty pumped about all the incredible names that are coming this weekend. Some of them I have heard of and others I have not. That being said let’s touch upon an artist that may be lesser known to some of you: Four Color Zack.
Four Color Zack is one of the more interesting DJ’s I have listened to. His genre of choice is pretty much everything. He ranges from hip-hop, moombahton, electronic music, classic rock with the old 90’s scratch that he mixes into his sets along with his tone play. Check out the video below to get a better feel of what tone play is and how FCZ incorporates this into his sets.
In 2012, he was rewarded Red Bull Thre3style World Championships, and I believe it is because of his use of tone play. Not many DJs use this style of mixing, but that is what makes FCZ stand out from his competitors making him one of the best masterminds of party dance music.
Besides slaughtering his own music, he is now currently working on a duo with Craze, known as 2¢. Craze and FCZ together makes a phenomenal team, mixing in the best of rap and hip-hop together.
Do not miss this unique DJ at Trapfest this weekend! Get lost in his beat next Saturday when doors open at 8 PM at the Pressroom!
