Here’s Why Marshmello & Slushii are #FriendshipGoals

Marshmello and Slushii are represented under the same Red Light Management team, but these two are much more than just colleagues. From day one, Slushii’s sound was compared to Marshmello’s, in a sense that they both have that bouncey-trap vibe that people just can’t get enough of. It’s no surprise that their similar music style turned into a budding friendship.

So what makes Slushii and Marshmello #FriendshipGoals?

1. They Make Bomb Music Together

Rewind to February, when we were hit with this beauty:

Take a moment to fall back in love with this track. Just in time for Valentine’s day, Marshmello dropped this collab. It’s no surprise Slushii and Marshmello teamed up, their sounds compliment each other and both offer some seriously positive vibes.

And now fast forward to August 25th:

Marshmello’s “Alone” was remixed by some of our favorites like Getter, Luca Lush and now none-other-than Slushii. This remix hits hard, and fans everywhere were happy to see these two names on a track together once again.

While Slushii and Marshmello headlined Mad Decent Block Party Toronto, they had a little fun on-site. A professional looking photo shoot went down, capturing some of the greatest friendship photos to hit the internet in a while.

3. They Invite Each Other To The Best Parties

Like that one time Slushii showed up at EDC NY where Marshmello was headlining. Slushii dropped his remix of “Killa” and the crowd went absolutely wild. Check it out:

4. They Headline Some Incredible Shows Together

Most importantly, they’re headlining N9NEFEST right here in Arizona. Marshmello, Slushii, Kayzo and more TBA will all be taking over the SlaughterHouse in Tucson, so mark your calendars for September 23! This is a can’t miss event, seeing Marshmello and Slushii’s name on the same lineup is nothing short of incredible.
