YetepWith huge announcements coming at you left and right it’s easy to get caught up in all the festival season excitement. We don’t blame ya! But stacked festival lineups aren’t the only thing to look forward to this fall; Relentless Beats is brining a ton of talent to the club scene, too!
This week’s Relentless Beat of the Week is from one of those talented artist that will be making their way to the Valley. “Tell Me” comes from Giraffage‘s second EP, No Reason and was released under Fool’s Gold Records in 2014. He’s been coined as making “bedroom beats”, but with an artist as diverse as Giraffage, who takes influence from a variety of sources and regularly uses samples in his tacks to give a unique sound, you never know exactly what you’re going to get.
Giraffage – Tell Me [OFFICIAL VIDEO]
The track effortlessly transitions between melodic and a bubble-pop beats that give the song a relaxed, fun feel and takes you to a place of euphoria. Choppy unidentified vocals give the tune a sexy edge. Mix all of this with a “weird minimal drop” as Giraffage describes it, and you have the makings of an exceptional dance track.
Giraffage has been touring off and on since 2013, sharing the stage with artists like Porter Robinson and making festival lineups around the country like Hard Summer and Life Is Beautiful. He recently released the single “Bring Me Your Love” and hints that a new album or EP could be in the works!
Don’t miss Giraffage when the Bring Me Your Love Tour stops at Shady Park on October 14th!
