Insomniac’s Newest Fest, Middlelands, Unveils Impressive Lineup

Since the first Middlelands announcement, fans have been going crazy with anticipation to find out what this new event is all about. Middlelands is a new festival this year from Insomniac and C3 Presents. This renaissance themed extravaganza will take place in May on renaissance festival fairgrounds in Todd Mission, Texas.

Today an initial lineup has finally been released with over 150 artists! With artist styles ranging from Bassnectar to Major Lazer to Rae Sremmurd there’s a little bit some something for everyone.

The inaugural festival will have 5 different stages across 60 acres to choose from. This stacked lineup really pulls from across the board bringing some of the best from each genre. Dirtybird has a definite presence with Will Clarke, Ardalan, J. Phlip and more. Bass heads can also rejoice because this lineup is sure to bring lots of bangers. There’s also more hip-hop than we would normally see on an Insomniac lineup, most likely because of joining forces with C3 Productions. We can’t wait to see what magnificent things are in store for this 3-day fest!
