YetepBack in September of 2016, Zeds Dead released a tune from their upcoming Northern Lights album with NGHTMRE and GG Magree, ‘Frontlines.’ Being two artists of harder styles, their collaboration surprisingly takes a lighter route, but still very successful. And just when you thought the future bass banger, ‘Frontlines’, couldn’t get any better, it’s now received a killer remix package and music video.
Directed by Chris Yee, the music video is retro animation themed, and it’s gonna blow your mind. Chris and Zed’s Dead have teamed up in the past for the epic animated video “Blame”. The idea behind the ‘Frontlines’ video is inspired by the dreams of space and time exploration from the 60s and 70s, exploring new worlds and venturing into the infinite unknown.
The remix package features 10 tracks from producers Kid Froopy, Habstrakt, Crankdat, Megalodon, Taiki Nulight, Wuki, Aazar, Klaxx, Basstrick, and B-Sides and Jayceeoh. It is definitely one of the most diverse remix packages out there. Each producer takes the perfectly produced tune by Zeds Dead & NGHTMRE and put their own original spin on it. Kid Froopy’s remix is the perfect light day track while Megalodon is prime for after-hours parties. The “Frontlines” remixes is sure to be on repeat all weekend.
