YetepKnown for his giant bear head and grimy production style, is one of dubstep’s favorites, Bear Grillz. the bear-suited DJ debuted in 2013 with his ‘High Grade’ EP, which featured a bear on the cover smoking a joint and giving the middle finger.
In honor of Bear Grillz return to the Monarch Theatre next weekend on the 27th, I decided to feature one of his tracks off his first ever EP, ‘Demons.’ Grillz’s ‘High Grade’ EP was released on November 19th 2013 on Datsik‘s Firepower Records, featuring four tracks jam packed with all sorts of upbeat dubstep elements.

‘Demons,’ off the EP stood out to me amongst the others, with it’s reggae vibe and whiney dub drop. As a masked dj with a hidden identity, the release of Bear Grillz debut EP made serious waves in the scene. Not only did fans wonder who was under the giant furry bear mask, but they were eager for more of his music.
The fuzzy masked dubstep destroyer will be making his return to the valley next Saturday with support from Terravita and Nebbra, so grab your tickets now to join in on the fun!
