YetepIf you are a fan of EDM, you’re probably familiar with Illenium. Hailing from Denver, CO, Illenium has risen to prominence over the past 2 years for his incredibly melodic remixes and originals. In February of 2016, his first album Ashes was released, featuring tracks like “It’s All On U,” and “Afterlife.” After the massive success of Ashes, Illenium created many of his now-famous remixes such as his beloved edit of Flume’s track “Say It.”
So far in 2017, Illenium has dropped two tracks, “Fractures” and “The Sound of Walking Away,” with the promise of more new music coming later in the year. Now the time is finally here. On July 9th, Illenium tweeted this:
10 days off 🙏🙏 thanks for being patient guys. Wrapping up the album! ❤️❤️

The promise of a brand new Illenium is a blessing to future-bass fans everywhere. While complete details on the new album are sparse, the wait for it will not be very long. Illenium is playing a show in Phoenix on September 9th at a brand new venue, the Van Buren, where you’re sure to here some of these new tunes. Find details and tickets here.
