Deadmau5 Scores His Way to the Big Screen

Just when the reality started settling in that in less than two weeks Deadmau5 will be bringing his Cube 2.0 to Rawhide for Goldrush 2018, Deadmau5 released some more exciting news. The mouse-head wearing electronic producer is set to score music for Constantin Film’s upcoming Netflix movie, Polar. This will be the first time Deadmau5 will be creating music for a movie and he could not be more excited to debut it. After releasing Where’s the Drop a Deadmau5 album that features a full orchestra, the mouse with the most expressed interest in creating a film score.

Deadmau5 told Billboard in 2010 that one of his dreams was to make a movie score during his career. That dream is finally coming true! Polar will be out in 2019, but Netflix subscribers can add it to their list and be the first to watch the film when it releases.
