YetepSince 2007, French duo Justice has been taking over the world with their electronic beats, creating international hits like “D.A.N.C.E.,” “We Are Your Friends,” and “Genesis.” Gaspard Augé and Xavier de Rosnay have become known for their breathtaking, one-of-a-kind beats. Justice’s debut album †, released in 2007, received a Grammy nomination for Best Electronic/Dance Album, making them contenders from the very start.
Recently, these Parisian all-stars have released their fourth album Woman Worldwide. The album is a rework of many of their best songs divulged into a new feel. It’s funky, it’s intricate, and it’s a look back on their 10 years creating together–a fresh take on songs we’ve grown up knowing and loving.
Woman Worldwide was procured in a way that makes it not just another EDM album, but an experience from top to bottom. In an interview with Billboard, the two were quoted saying, “We wanted the sound to be as soft as possible, and smooth, so you have a good experience listening to these songs through to the end.” I highly recommend listening to all 15 tracks in a row without stopping; it’s worth it.
