YetepIt’s been a mere two months since GRiZ broke his silence with the double-sided release of “It Gets Better” and “Can’t Get Enough.” Now, just three days ago, the funk returned to our feeds with his latest release of “I’m Good,” and oh boy, does it feel good. Feeling good doesn’t even begin to explain the emotional reaction when we hear this song. It’s colorful, it’s expressive, it’s funky and it is so GRiZ! For this week’s Relentless Beat of the Week it was a no brainer; check it out below.
GRiZ has been hard at work on Ride Waves, his new album scheduled to release in April. As his most creatively ambitious, most sonically robust, and most personal project to date, the 14-track album features collaborations with major artists like Wiz Khalifa, Snoop Dogg, Matisyahu, DRAM, and Bootsy Collins and sees the producer taking his sound toward uncharted territories in hip-hop, pop, and dance music, all while keeping the funky GRiZ sound intact.
Just ahead of the album release, Griz will be shimmering under the Phoenix Lights. GRiZ along with Excision and Kaskade will be blowing it up at The Park of Wild Horse Pass. Grab your tickets here!
