SQWAD Adds Tech House Spin to Habstrakt’s ‘Movie’

French duo SQWAD has been steadily making waves in the Bass House scene since they emerged back in 2015. Consisting of high school friends Etienne and Antoine, the pair first made a buzz in 2017 with their single “Damn Right” via Tony Romera’s imprint, SANS MERCI. The track earned support from JAUZ, Habstrakt, Ekali, NGHTMRE & Slander, and more, quickly putting them on the map. 

Flash forward to June 2019, the duo just released a remix of Habstrakt and josh pan’s “Movie,” adding a groovy tech house spin to the 2018 bass house banger. Check out the SQWAD remix of “Movie” below, out everywhere now via Mad Decent.
