GRiZ Unveils 'All I Need,' a Golden Hour Groove That Feels Like Summer
Open the door to a place where the line blurs between lost in space and lost in your eyes. That’s where the uplifting and ethereal sound of Rome in Silver‘s new single “Fade” drops you off. The Southern California local teams up with vocal talent, POPCULTR, in this entrancing love song. Releasing under San Holo’s creative company, bitbird, “Fade” definitely packs all the Milky Way vibes we’ve come to love from the label. Give it a listen below!
Once only an instrumental track, Rome in Silver realized that “Fade” would be elevated by POPCULTR’s unique voice and ability. The two had met online years back and finally decided it was time for a collab. Rome in Silver describes his inspiration behind the song as follows, “If you listen to Flume’s remix of Collarbones – ‘Turning’, you’ll hear I tried to mimic the drums in the intro. After that, the song already started having a life of its own and turned into a four on the floor indie-pop style track. I don’t tend to write love songs, but I guess somehow this turned into one.”
