YetepYou know GG Magree and you know Mija but do you know their new collaborative project So Tuff So Cute? Made up of angsty punk-inspired arrangements and riot grrrl vocals, So Tuff So Cute is the rebellious side project we didn’t know we needed, as the two female producers continue to challenge the status quo in dance music. 3
The duo released their debut single “Break Stuff” in July 2022, which set the tone for their Runaways-inspired sound.
They released their second single, “Death Wish” with Slush Puppy in September 2022, which continued their rebellious streak, but with a bass edge.
Although still very fresh, So Tuff So Cute marks the beginning of a new chapter for these two artists and is worth keeping an eye on in 2023 and beyond.
The duo is about to embark on their first-ever So Tuff So Cute Goes to College Tour, with 18 stops across the U.S. Don’t miss their Electric Playhouse performance in Albuquerque on February 18th. Grab tickets here!
