Nora En Pure Unleashes Three-Track ‘Wholehearted’ EP

What better way to welcome in the summer months than with new music from Nora En Pure? The Swiss-South African artist delivered her second release of the year, a dynamic three-track EP titled Wholehearted, via Enormous Tunes. Kicking off the EP is its title track, equal parts dark and light, driving bass juxtaposed with atmospheric textures and a blissful piano break. Fueled by hypnotic synth stabs and a rattling bassline, “Prophets of Hope” takes an edgier turn, sweeping you away to the dunes of a far-off land. “Sycamore” unfurls with euphoric synths and samples framed by a hard-hitting bassline, creating a feeling akin to seeing the sunrise at the rave.

Of the release, the artist said:

“It’s a more of a club oriented EP and my interpretation of the current trend and soundscape out there. I love to stay very musical and harmonic in my works, with grounding, organic elements, but in my sets, I also like to bring a bit more power and dynamism. These tracks all build quite a nice contrast and counterpart to my more uplifting melodic feel-good tracks. Played over the last few months, they’ve created standout moments that often surprised the crowd, so I’m excited about their release.”
