BUNT.’s ‘Renaissance’ EP Marks a Career-Defining Milestone

Coming off of two nights at Red Rocks supporting Gryffin, BUNT. just dropped his Renaissance EP, continuing to demonstrate why this year is monumental for his career. Having been in the music industry for a decade, he almost considered quitting before this breakthrough year. However, 2023 has proven to be game-changing for him as he rapidly gains popularity. While performing across various genres, his primary focus on flutter house, coupled with the rising popularity of the genre, thanks to giants like Fred again.., has served him well. A fusion of flutter house, bass house, and electrifying energy has drawn fans to BUNT.’s shows, and there seems to be no limit to his potential.

The EP kicks off with the title track, which commences with an orchestra setting the tone. As the bass line kicks in, the rapid tempo becomes evident, and the drop features a heavy bass line along with the repetitive accents that define flutter house tracks. Next up is “Clouds,” a song that has amassed over 80 million views, becoming a genre staple. “Lose It All (I Don’t Wanna)” is similar yet distinct enough to get people dancing. “Lost My Mind,” the following song, takes a more relaxed approach with a focus on vocals. Wrapping up the EP is ‘Love,’ featuring wonderful vocals by Johan Lenox.

BUNT. is unquestionably on the rise, and as flutter house continues to gain popularity, so will he. His infectious stage presence, paired with incredible tunes, makes his live performances unforgettable. Hopefully, he’ll make a stop in Arizona soon!
