What better way to bring good energy into the new year than with some Drum & Bass? Rising UK DJ and producer, Grafix has teamed up with the “Drum & Bass Princess of Auckland,” New Zealand Singer Elipsa, on their soulful collab track, “Miss A Moment.” Elipsa’s passionate vocals are a perfect match for Grafix heartening and exhilarating DnB. The two together created a magical track filled with positive vibes. Grafix and Elipsa’s “Miss A Moment” comes released under UK’s esteemed DnB Allstars Records.
Grafix and Elipsa worked on “Miss A Moment” together writing, mixing, and crafting together an absolute heater. As mentioned on both their social media platforms, the two met up last year while Elipsa was in the UK. Grafix lays down the groundwork with his liquid melodies, uplifting breakbeats, and wobbling basslines. Elipsa’s heartfelt singing added on to the energetic rhythms of the track really tie everything together. The two together created an addicting atmospheric track with “Miss A Moment.”
Grafix has been in the scene for a while but his solo career as an artist really blasted off these last few years. After being signed to legendary UK label, Hospital Records, Grafix worked on producing his music and has released a plethora of bangers under this label. Which includes his album Half Life which “received critical acclaim and BBC Radio One support from tastemakers like Danny Howard, Rene LaVice, Charlie Tee,” as stated from Resident Advisor. In addition, Grafix has been on massive worldwide tours, most recently performing at Apocalypse Music Festival in Los Angeles.
Elipsa has been on the rise in her career, singing and mixing over an array of DnB tracks. After signing onto and publishing music under UKF in 2023, she has been creating ethereal tracks with her emotive vocals.
