YetepSoCal-born rapper and singer Yung Pinch has been a familiar name as of late, especially since his feature on Dillon Francis’ “Hello There” last October. While the 21-year-old seems relatively new to the scene, he actually got his start in music at an early age, originally with an interest in drums. He was introduced to the world of producing when he began recording with Brandan ‘Matics’ Maddox, and from there he released several songs via SoundCloud, followed up by a few mixtapes. In 2016, he released his first full-length album, 714Ever, and just last month dropped his second, 4EVERFRIDAY SZN ONE.
This week’s Relentless Beat of the Week is a fresh new track from Yung Pinch and Lil Skies. Check out “I Know You” below.
A collaborative effort between Yung Pinch and 19-year-old rapper Lil Skies, “I Know You” combines the chart-topping sounds of both artists, giving fanbases of both artists something to pique their interest. The collaboration comes just a few weeks after Yung Pinch’s release of another successful collaboration, “Wake Up” featuring 03 Greedo.
Wanna get in on Yung Pinch’s beach vibes in person? Catch him at Goldrush this September alongside Steve Aoki, Rich the Kid, Illenium, and more. Grab your tickets here.
