2017 saw electronic producer Kaskade push the common ideals of electronic music with his fully themed and jolly-filled Christmas album. All the classics are present but with a Kaskade twist. “Deck The Halls” got a down tempoed makeover with sultry females vocals that only Kaskade could pull off. “Silent Night” went from a choir feel to a simmering pop-infused track that will make the night anything but silent when played. After coming off from a year a blasting Kaskade Christmas through our homes, parties, and headphones, another Christmas miracle occurred.
Last week, Kaskade released a redux, if you will, of his scintillating Christmas songs with Kaskade Christmas Deluxe. This new album sees new exciting tracks alongside the favorites from the first album. Until this album, “Jingle Bells” was the kind of song that would have me press ‘next’ but Kaskade’s version has me pressing replay all season long. Because of that song and countless more, you have to check it out below.
Finally a Christmas album I can get behind. These new tracks are just the thing to get the excitement brewing for Kaskade’s return to the desert at Phoenix Lights 2019. It’s been 3 years since we’ve had him with us under the Phoenix Lights. Don’t miss this one; grab your tickets here.
