YetepJauz has quickly returned to bring the second complementary installment of his two-part album series with Wrath of the Wicked. For all the fans that have been following Jauz since the beginning of his career, be ready to return to the roots of Jauz’s electrifying bass-driven sounds on his brand new album. Wrath of the Wicked completely switched up from the house tunes from his first installment, Rise of the Wise released back in July. The high energy counterpart is bringing all the energy under Jauz’s record label, Bite This!
From start to finish, Wrath of the Wicked is bringing all new bass-heavy tracks. Jauz’s new album balances both booming dubstep and energizing drum & bass. From the alluring dark bass, to roaring drums, thrilling melodies, and fast rolling basslines, Jauz’s new album encapsulates vibrant diverse genres of dubstep that he has been known for. Wrath of the Wicked not only flips the chiller house sounds of Rise of the Wise but it also complements them and exemplifies Jauz’s undefinable productional abilities.
Jauz said this with the recent previously released track “Dreaming” which provided a preview for Wrath of the Wicked:
“If you’ve followed my career at all the past 9 years, I’ve always been a huge fan and advocate of Drum & Bass. I’ve always made it a point to play in most of my festival sets, especially the festivals where there used to be almost zero exposure to the genre at all. My goal has always been to help fans expand their horizons musically, and it’s so awesome to see Drum and Bass finally having the resurgence it deserves stateside. I’ve been holding on to this record for so long, and I’m so stoked to finally have it out in the world. This one feels really special to me, and I hope people who listen agree.”

Journeying through different genres is nothing new for Jauz, he is a man with many talents. The two-part album series project has allowed for him to embody his career and showcase his ingenious musical adaptability to all his fans. Accompanying the completion of his album series, Jauz will be kicking off his Wise vs. Wicked tour, which will bring two nights in each touring city, where fans can choose between the “Wise show” which will follow the house vibes of Rise of the Wise or the “Wicked show” which will bring the bass heavy sounds of Wrath of the Wicked. Although the obvious choice is to go to both nights to experience the polarity of the two albums and experience two nights of Jauz’s energetic live sets.
