Marco Strous Releases Highly Anticipated Single ‘Professor X’ Featuring Rusko

The wait is over. Marco Strous has finally released his highly anticipated track, “Professor X” on Black Book Records. After being a staple in Chris Lake and other’s sets over the last several months, the single has taken dance floors by storm with its unique sound and punchy groove. It’s hard not to bounce to the beat with this one. As the song continues to build it incorporates different types of “whoop” sounds mixed with drums and interspersed with perfectly timed “dings.” It’s an auditory head fake that keeps you guessing and wanting more however it’s the X, and everything that he does is complete.

The cryptic lyrics may lead one to wonder who exactly Professor X is, but you certainly can’t rule out Marco himself as he is proving to be nothing like an ordinary man (DJ). His releases since the start of 2025 have been nothing short of spectacular consisting of “BaBaBa (Hangover)” with Chris Lorenzo, “Everyone’s your friend” with OMNOM, “Tootsie Pop,” and “Monkey Swag.” He’s at the top of his game thus far and we’ll be watching to see what’s next after wrapping up his 2026 spring tour and recent shows at Miami Music Week.
