YetepIt is always awesome to see young talent keeping up with the big dogs. Upcoming BOO! Arizona artist Snails not only keeps up with the big dogs but gives them a run for their money with his wildly unique dubstep sound. EDM superstars generally believe that his rise to fame can best be described as nothing less than well deserved. Among these stars is the dubstep legend from the UK, Flux Pavilion. With multiple tracks that can easily be considered electronic classics, Flux’s ear for good dubstep is among the best. Snails’ vomit-inspired noises must have caught the ear of the dubstep legend as the two have just released an exciting collaboration called “Cannonball”.
The two producers have been teasing the release of “Canonball” for a few weeks with the most recent remark coming from Snails on twitter, warning fans of the impending slime. Lucky for us, Flux Pavilion has captured and posted a quality recording of the track live at EDC Vegas! The bass line is signature Flux and undeniably goes HARD. The rock inspired vocals accentuate the metal vibe of the grungy synths and heavy drums. There is little doubt that Snails will be bumping this track at BOO! Arizona on Oct. 15th at Rawhide so don’t wait and buy your tickets to see here.
