Only one DJ in the world can claim to have a global following of millions while never having left the United States. The story of DJ BL3ND is like none other. It begins with his humble upbringing in Los Angeles, California and continues through today with over 200 million views on YouTube for his signature high-energy live mixes. Driven by his passion to spin the music he loved for a larger audience, DJ BL3ND started handing out mixtapes to local clubs and promoters in 2009 but had a difficult time getting anyone to pay attention or cut him a break. Seeking another avenue to share what he loved to do with the world – he began creating live videos of himself dancing and spinning high energy, hard beats in his now signature mask – and posting them to YouTube. The videos quickly went viral and in less than three short years – BL3ND became an unprecedented story of do-it-yourself success. With over twenty videos now on YouTube and having over 293,000 subscribers to his YouTube Channel – he can truly be called an underground sensation and his loyal and vast audience continues to expand.

In late Summer 2012, BL3ND will release his first full length EP as well as take the stage for his New York and large-scale festival debut at Electric Zoo on Randall’s Island.
