EDM fans got some huge news today as the highly anticipated annual Ultra Music Festival announced that it will be expanding into a two-weekend event in 2013.

Now in its 15^th year, UMF is making history as the first ever EDM festival to span over two-weekends. Ultra teased a major announcement over the last few days with a countdown on their YouTube station leading up to a video revealing the big news to fans.

Last year, Ultra Music Festival had over 165,000 attendees and this year is looking to do a lot more than just double size of the party. “This is a unique concept from anything ever done before in our space, as it will be 2 Weekends… 2 Unique Experiences. There are A LOT of incredible plans and surprises lined up for everyone attending our 15th Year Anniversary!”, said Russell Faibisch, co-founder, president and CEO of UMF.
