Paul Baumer of Bingo Players has Passed Away

We are sad to report that, after a nearly 6 month long battle with cancer, Paul Baumer of the Bingo Players has passed away.

Paul’s partner in music, Maarten Hoogstraten, posted the following message to Facebook:

“Dear All,

I’m deeply saddened to tell you that Paul passed away last night after his battle with cancer. He fought strongly until the end.

We want to thank you all for your support over the past few months.

Needless to say, all upcoming shows for the rest of this year have been cancelled as we’re going through this loss with family and friends. We’ll post a longer update shortly with more information as well.

Paul, we will miss you.

Our deepest condolences go out to Paul’s family and friends.

Many members of the dance and music community have offered their condolences. During this past year’s Tomorrowland, Chuckie dedicated the last 6 minutes of his  set to help “bring him good vibes” during Paul’s battle with his illness. Check out the video below.
