Gary Richard (also known as Destructo) and company have made it a habit to get music festival attendees pumped up for their festivals by releasing various “mixtape” series. These series consist of multiple mixes provided by performing artists leading up to each event. With Los Angeles’ biggest and highly-anticipated electronic dance music festival just around the corner, the folks at HARD have graced us already with mixes by Seth Troxler and Sharam Jey with the first two installments in the HARD Summer 2014 edition. The third installment in this year’s mixtape series comes from none other than G-house artist, Vanilla Ace.
The London-based artist finds inspiration from house, disco and new jack swing in the late 80s. He is a rising star with releases on Toolroom, MODA, Blockhead, Maquina and Ministry of Sound. Vanilla Ace will have you in a mesmerized journey full of vibes as he showcases his own tracks in this hour-long mix.
