Hardwell is Headed Up

For the past two years Dutch DJ & producer Hardwell has been voted the #1 DJ in the world and has been headlining some of the world’s biggest music festivals. The apprentice to Tiesto took it in his hands to pay forward the help he got from Tiesto by mentoring artists such as Dyro and Dannic and helping them reach the success they have today, “Tiesto took me under his wing, and now I can do the same thing for other guys.”.

The three Dutchmen have spent a lot of time touring and collaborating together and now there’s possible talk of a Dutch House Mafia. Since Swedish House Mafia announced their split a few years ago there hasn’t been a dominant group to follow but with three producers that have already achieved so much success individually the possibilities are endless.

Hardwell has also been busy with extracurricular activities as well fulfilling a long time dream of his. Hardwell announced in a recent interview that he did voice acting for the Dutch version of the upcoming movie “Minions”. He says it has been on his bucket list and does the voice for the criminal Walter Jr.

Hardwell has had his plate full traveling the world playing major festivals and producing tracks that are topping the charts. The Dutch producer definitely shows no signs of going anywhere but up in the near future and is definitely an act to see if you get the chance.
