Groove Cruise Miami Releases a Stacked 2016 Lineup

in 2004 long before Holy Ship and Mad Decent Boat Party, there was the mother of floating festivals, Groove Cruise. This year marks its 12th anniversary, and in celebration the Carnival Inspiration cruise ship will be sailing from Los Angeles to Catalina Island then down to Ensenada, Mexico from October 23-26.

After teasing a few headliners not too long ago, Groove Cruise Miami has revealed their full lineup, and it’s definitely stacked from start to finish. There’s an exciting and eclectic mix of talent here, with artists from both the old and new generations of EDM making appearances to represent a wide variety of genres.
Off the bat, highlights include an open to close set on day one by Markus Schulz, Bingo Beach with Bingo Players, Pierce Fulton and Le Youth, and the Daytime Pool Party on Monday with Michael Woods, Lost Kings and Scotty Boy.

Finally, Groove Cruise’s Miami voyage on January 22nd has officially announced a remix competition for their loyal fans, and the prize package is pretty impressive.

Entrants must submit their remix of Dirty South’s ‘Find You’ for a chance to win a DJ set on-board Groove Cruise Miami, round-trip airfare for two, plus an Oceanview Stateroom for two, with the winning remix also released on Phazing Records.
